Shipping

We currently ship to: United States. The options and costs are:

• United States
  • Standard (3–6 business days): $5.99, free on orders over $75.00
  • Express (1–2 business days): $14.99

Every item is made to order for you. Production takes 2–5 business days, then your order is dispatched. Delivery times are counted from dispatch. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it from your account.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing hello@maisonbeline.com. After that it goes into production and we can no longer cancel it.

Returns

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for choosing the wrong size, so please check the size guide before ordering. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email hello@maisonbeline.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of accepting your claim.
